Collections Management

Sara Vanderbeek provides full service collections management, from cataloguing, condition reports to repair and conservation services.

  • I offer professional cataloguing for artists, auction houses, galleries, and collectors—organizing artwork records with accurate metadata, high-quality images, and detailed descriptions. Services include inventory systems, condition reporting, and digital archiving to ensure your collection is documented, accessible, and preserved for the long term.

  • I provide conservation services to help preserve and protect your artwork with care and expertise. Each piece begins with a detailed condition report to assess its current state. If repairs are needed, I’ll work with you to identify the right specialists and coordinate next steps. Additional services include framing with UV-protected glass to prevent further damage, as well as secure storage solutions if needed. Whether you're preparing for exhibition, sale, or long-term care, I ensure your work is handled with the utmost attention and respect.
